No matter your inspection needs, A Light in the Attic is here to help. Whether it’s a buyer’s inspection, a pre-listing inspection, a builder inspection, or a periodic inspection to ensure proper maintenance of your current home, you can trust us to deliver excellent service.

Our team is always here to help and will ensure that you are aware of any potential issues with your current home or a home that you’re interested in purchasing.

We’re focused on education and our goal is to provide you with the information you need about the overall condition of the property in question. We invite our clients to walk through the home with us and to ask any questions they may have throughout the inspection process.

A Light in the Attic has a thorough, multi-point checklist that ensures that no stone is left unturned and we will explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems to you after your inspection is complete.

We will also compile a comprehensive report, delivered online in HTML and PDF formats, comprehensively documenting our findings, including images, references and further details. This report will be available in both a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format, so that you can stay connected and check your report from wherever is most convenient.
