What a great experience! John came in to do a limited Mold inspection well prepared and was quite thorough. Throughout the inspection he asked AND answered questions about the process. We received an even handed evaluation that was not scary or pushy and he had no skin in the game regarding remediation IF we had mold. Just an honest evaluation. If you need the types of services he provides, by all means, he is the one you should contact. It is difficult enough to find people like John who do a professional job and are honest. Take advantage an give A Light In The Attic a call when the need arises.

My experience with A Light in the Attic was wonderful. I was on a particular timeline for a home I had under contract, but it was advice to have a mold inspector come in and do some testing. John was able to meet the goal of the timeline, but also able to provide expert communication and knowledge in the area of mold and other information. My realtor/broker made the comment to me that she plans to use him in the future. If you're reading this review, I would consider using John for your home/mold inspections.
